Napa Valley is luxury beyond luxury. This was by far my favorite touristy thing the hubster and I did while on our honeymoon. Let's be honest, if you really don't want to miss out on a drop of that tasty nectar from the grapes, you swallow your touristy pride and hop on a bus with 10 other romance inclined couples and enjoy the ride! We visited Chandon (LOVED IT) White Hall Winery (ehh not so much) V. Sattui (FAVORITE!!!) and The Franciscan (it was okay). After the tasting and meandering through vineyards, we were ferry boated back to the San Francisco Bay.

Chandon is the best. Actually Napa in total is amazing and ready made for romantic anything. I have my favorite haunts as I am sure you do as well.
